Firm History

Erickson Realty & Management, Inc. is a full service management and real estate company with over thirty-five (35) years of experience in all facets of real estate with particular emphasis in the management of condominiums, townhomes, and homeowner associations.

Commitment to Professionalism

Recognizing the need for professional growth and development in the management of all types of community associations the firm maintains a sustaining membership in the Community Associations Institute. This organization is the only nationally recognized group that addresses on a continuing basis the various issues that arise in community living.

Active involvement in this organization has enabled Erickson Realty and Management, Inc. to remain on the cutting edge of new developments in this specialized field of property management. As a result of this involvement and meeting the strict criteria in the areas of financial management, professional and customer satisfaction, the firm was one of the first 56 companies nationally to be awarded the Accredited Association Management Company Designation (AAMC) by the Community Associations Institute.

Through funding by the firm, the property management staff members are required to attend professional training courses, seminars and attain advanced national designations such as the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Association Management Specialists (AMS) and the prestigious Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM).
